tYLER TURNS FOUR!
My baby turns four today!
he is bringing m&m cookies to school for his friends and then after school we get to take him to toys r us to choose a toy and get him a crown and a ballon! So exciting!
If i wasnt 21 weeks pregnant this would be sad for me, but i am excited to see where he goes and how he grows! I am excited to move forward with him and ready to enjoy a new baby and new adventures!

WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A GIRL!
sO i AM DUE sEPTEMBER 6TH...
We just found out on April 10th that it is a girl that i am making.
TYler is pretty geeked, he is excited to have a sibling. at the ultrasound he did say ah man i wanted a baby brother but thats the only time he said it. Since then he has excitedly told people he is having a baby sister and sounds genuinely excited about it!
This week me and my mom and jim prepared soem of the hosue for the two new bedrooms to be done. Tyler is getting a big boy bedroom redo- he will have a detroit tigers bedroom. the baby will have a new room as well but i am not sure what we are doing yet. neither one of us love pink but i want to enbrace the girl too so we will see. Most of our stuff is neutral and we could do a nursery the same as we did for tyler but that is no fun.
My mom and I will be going to a mom to mom sale this weekend to see what we can find.
Overall the trotto three is excited to become the trotto four!

3 is my favorite! and our family is growing again!
So tyler is three now! Three is so fun and dramatic...both i can relate to!
We are expecting the arrival of our second child in early september...

ok, so i found that i keep pulling out tylers baby book and i keep forgetting to document things. So i am documenting here.
so this past monday january 10th i decided that all the books i had read up to this point on potty training had never met my child. So...i decided that i would "bootcamp" him into peeing ont he potty. so i woke up monday morning and i started setting a timer and put my baby in big boy underwares and i made him try to go every 20 minutes...once i figured out htat he went about ever 14 minutes i changed my timer. every pair of underwares he wore got wet along with every pair of socks i put on him, and every pair of pants and shirts. mind you this is the freaking dead of winter. so then tuesday morning he was in charge in his mind, but i still was setting the timer and he was still forced to go on the potty every time the bell went off. he took a nap and while he napped i attempted to wash all of his underwares and i was unsucessful so i put him in a pullup and continued with our 14 minutes situation and he did it! that pullup was dry all the rest of the day! day three he started in a pull up and stayed dry all day...went ot gramas house and did the same...and then he was pee potty tranied. still working on the infamous number 2... thanks for listening! Thursday, December 30, 2010our extended families new additions Merry Christmas and Happy New year:  OUr year in 5 minutes: Gideon Jabriel is born on December 14th 2010 to Nathan and Sarah Bernock. Congrats guys.  Matt and Rachel trotto are expecting their bundle of joy in May of 2011...so we will be aunt and auncle again soon too!  congrats to you as well! Sorry it has taken me so long to post anything. i kind of forgot about the blog in general. Ty is a vibrant and very busy 2 1/2 year old. acts like he is 5 all the time. says the funniest things like "one minute mama" and "your beautiful" when he is trying to not go to bed. He is very creative with his imagination and is playing all the time. tells stories too! we love him so much!
